Entrevista
The whole process involved 2 rounds:
1st round was a quick coffee shop discussion on role and team, after which only shortlisted candidates were invited for 2nd round.
2nd round involved case study and analysis. This round lasted for around 2 hrs. which included 40 mins case study analysis and 15 min. delivery time.

My recent interview process with Bearingpoint was disappointing. Despite being asked to travel for a second + third round interview, there was no reimbursement for incurred expenses. After completing multiple rounds, I received a generic rejection email with no feedback. The company's insistence on an overqualified five-round interview for an internship, coupled with a lack of transparency on compensation, left me dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I applied online for an internship in Finland. The first interview was mostly about fit and included a short "case" question. After that, the second and final round interview included fit and case 50% for both. The case was very mathematical.
