I applied for three different roles at Bearing Point. I received one invitation for an interview after one month. They didn't tell me which role it was for. When I asked the recruiter per mail, I got no response. I went into the interview without knowing what it was about. I was interviewed by two employees, both very nice. It lasted an hour. It didn't click for me though and I let the recruiter know afterwards. They replied with a standardised rejection mail 30 minutes after my mail. I assume it must be AI or someone who doesn't care about humans. Left me with a very weird feeling, and I'm glad I trusted my gut.
