It was fun. I was "grilled" for about 2 hours but in a conversational way. The CEO himself did the interview and he was basically getting a handle on how much I really knew what I was talking about. He didn't ask any of the typical stupid interview questions. He just honed in on my skills, abilities and level of intelligence. He is super smart, likes to have smart people working for him, and is a stickler about grammar.
