I sent my CV and after 3 weeks I got contacted for a 30´ interview. The interviewer was quite amicable, he asked me about my experience and motivation. The interviewer shared his experience at the company and what it was like to work there. He asked me why I wanted to work for Beam and why i was a suitable candidate. He also made me a roleplay activity that would resemble a typical activity I would have as a case worker.
