I was interviewed back on December 1st at Bealls on my birthday. It was a very easy interview. I waited about 5 minutes outside at the Guest Services desk. I was extremely nervous when I saw that there were 8-10 other people being interviewed. They took us back and we all sat down in the break room with 2 of the managers...one basically asked the questions, the other wrote everything down. Also, with being the only one with no experience and hearing the other interviewees' answers...that made me even more nervous. Once the interview started, my nerves calmed down a bit and it was very relaxed...much like a group of friends talking to each other. The questions were extremely easy though and after the interview was done. They called me a day or two after telling me that I got the job and to come in that Monday for orientation.
