I took two rounds of phone interviews. The first one was pretty easy. They just want to know your background and basic information. The second one was all technical questions.
There are 3 round interviews, but only the 2nd round is the technical interview. The technical interview is mainly asking about SQL questions. The other 2 interviews mainly asked about behavior questions. Overall, the interviews are easy.

it's not a long interview process and it takes 10-20 minutes. First, they introduce their company. Then I need to introduce myself, Work Experience with SQL or other programming languages learned or used before

It was a call with HR to talk about basic questions such as availibility and working visa status.
And then I had a interview with their hiring manager, he asked a lot of SQL questions.
