Received a call from a recruiter who ran me through questions my background, work history and why I think I would be a fit for the position. After the initial phone screen it was a few weeks then was contacted by a top manager of the department. We had a long phone discussion of close to 1.5 hours talking about the industry, the role, my fit and my experiences. I questioned a lot about the company and culture and what to expect from the role for the year. I had an additional 30 minute call the following week. Two weeks later was flown in for an interview, had in person 1:1 and video chat interviews with 10 people that went all day. Interviews with people form all departments that I would interact with that just wanted to get to know me better and how we would be working together. After interview in person, took 3 weeks to hear back I didn't get the role, was lacking in one key experience area for Sr. Manager so not upset over it. Great team and company, maybe another time.

First Interview with the Talent Acquisition lead went fine. The second interview with the hiring manager was scheduled for 25 minutes. They arrived 5 minutes late and then spent 5 minutes talking about their pedigree and background. This resulted in insufficient time to adequately discuss my background and experience.
