First was a Technical Assessment and then a talk with the Product Owner. Afterwards there was a coding challenge which was reviewed with one of the developers. Afterwards there was a quick chat with several teams members(3-4) to meet the rest of the team.

During the hiring process, I went through a series of interviews and assessments, which included: 1. Initial interview with HR 2. Completion of an easy coding questionnaire 3. Coding challenge 4. Interview with a Product Owner (PO) 5. Interview to review the coding challenge with developers 6. Final interview with higher-level executives I must say that the interviewers were all friendly, and the interviews themselves were both interesting and engaging. However, I did find that the overall process took longer than I had hoped. Each interview step consumed approximately a week's time, which extended the duration of the process beyond my expectations.

A general Python test with 12 questions, really easy.
The interview with the HR person, it was good.
And then they sent a coding challenge. I wasted 6 hours on what they wanted because they accidentally sent the challenge with the solution.
They apologized and sent a new one. They said it'd take two hours but I can guarantee that it was for more than 2 hours. Anyway, I did it and sent it to them. After one week, they just replied with "no". But why? After I invested several hours in your challenge, you have to give me a reason to reject it. I just don't understand, it's unethical.
