      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en Bayer (Varsovia, Mazovia) en ene 2022

      Entrevista

      First, a recruiter contacted me, we had an introduction call. She was very friendly and answered to all my questions. After that, another person contacted me to set date for the technical interview. I had it. It lasted about 2 hours, there were some technical questions and a live coding session. I passed and after three weeks another recruiter contacted me to make the offer. She was very responsive and clarified some questions and all details about the offer. After that, I agreed, I asked her to send me the contract to sign it. She gave my email to another person who was supposed to contact me and she didn't. I didn't get any information about the status of the process in more than 3 weeks. I didn't know when I had to quit my previous job or if they had changed their decision since they never reached me out. So, I decided to take another offer from another company. By the moment this other person wrote me, I told her I had already accepted another offer. They tried to convince me to change my mind, but after this, I am glad they didn't contact me on time. It would have been a mistake. 2 weeks after that, another recruiter contacted me on LinkdedIn to offer me the same position.
