Competency based interview style which included pre-screening by a Recruiter, Two panel Interviews with local and International stakeholders, and psychometric evaluation. The process was very professional. Meeting the Country leader was a very pleasant experience and nothing like I would have imagined. The culture in Bayer is like nothing I've seen before.
