You initially send a resume, cover letter, and (as required), a writing sample over first. I next received on a Monday morning an email saying I needed to respond to a sample/mock customer request. No deadline is provided but I responded 1) to say I had gotten the message and 2) responded by end of day with a response. You basically need to research into the product on their website to answer the question, which is targeted to see if you'll get the right answer. After doing this, I got no response. I then followed up and they said they'd get back in a week or 2 after reading people's responses. I later received an email, after some time, inviting me to an interview. They would only interview on either the Wednesday afternoon or Friday afternoon (within specific time slots) in the following week. I communicated back that I already had existing commitments on those 2 days in the afternoon, and they said they'd get back about another time. I asked if they could get back by the end of the week (so, about 5 days time) to see about scheduling. No response. I was then emailed a one liner saying that they wouldn't interview me at any other time, and "good luck with your job search." Overall the responsiveness and transparency was awful, and the "sorry, we wish you the best" one liner at the end was cold-feeling and forced. I would not recommend applying for a role at this company.
