It was surprisingly quick at first. I got a phone call and email in two days or so, then I called to set up an interview the following week. After the 1 on 1 interview there was a quick meeting with other team members. The longer part was the wait between the offer and orientation as everyone is forced into going to an orientation at the office in clearwater and that appears to only happen once a month.
