Worked through a recruiter who informed them prior to interview of what I was expecting as to hourly wage. After interviews with Plant Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Engineer, I was as good as hired with years of experience under my belt satisfying their need for a qualified employee. Nearly set a schedule for my initial start. Got to HR and asked the question if same sex marriage partners are allowed to be added with their particular insurance. He answered the question and abruptly ended our meeting. Needless to say, I didn't get the job.
