Ineffective group interview. One-at-a-time process cheats the first person and gives the last person an advantage to plan their answer. Incredibly impersonal & boring. Then you take an outdated skills test. The screening process is rudimentary and unprofessional. The questions were basic & inappropriate in order to effectively hire for the important mission of the organization.
