The focus of the interview was on the CAPA process, with other questions looking at project management and manufacturing process understanding. I had to give a presentation to a small panel and took questions afterwards, which focused on how I over came difficulties. I was also asked as to why I was interested in the role, my life goals with respect to my career and were I saw the role leading me.
