I had two interviews for a remote position at Baxter. The first interview went really well. The interviewer was interactive and animated. When I interviewed with the second interviewer, Danielle. She stated that she could not get her iPad to stand up correctly, so I spent the entire interview staring at this woman's forehead. She seemed to be more interested in my prior employer's processes, which was biased because she previously worked for that company's competition. She stated that they would reach out to me. I haven't heard anything from them in weeks. Please get qualified interviewers. It's a waste of a candidate's time to do anything but.

Entrevista
Resume submitted by a recruiter for the Business Analyst Scientific position. The interview was easy and the process did not take long. Phone interview with the IT manager led to an in person interview with her and with the Requirements Manager. The interview was fairly easy. The questions were straightforward and no technical questions were asked.
