2 initial phone screen then a half o day of interviews with 5 people in the same room asking scripted questions. I have conducted 100-200 interviews in my career and the HR person here hasn't got a clue wht she's doing. As a result, they've hired a lot of bad candidates.

Took 2 weeks for a call from HR then an agonising 4 weeks for Stage 1 interview which was actually quite good and positive.
2nd stage was within 2 weeks.
2nd stage awful, was quite chaotic and separately interviewed by 3 separate people where I had to talk through my CV each time, within a short limited time so little chance to talk about my strengths and what I could bring to the role. The key hiring manager had very little time and was very distracted.
It took 3 weeks to get the feedback and only after I mailed them.
