Initially contacted by an internal recruiter who was both professional and friendly. Asked to come in for first interview, which went very well, relaxed atmosphere, technical person, manager and recruiter in the interview. Was asked back for a 2nd interview - with a higher manager and direct manager. That interview seemed to go well also. The job role changed during this time and there were then delays to the decision, cited as being that they were still deliberating. After around 4 days I rang the recruiter and was told they had decided to go with the other person as the additional work added to the role was very basic and I got the impression they thought I was overqualified. .
