After I submitted my application I received an email asking me to complete a project. I completed the project before the due date, met all the requirements, and moved on to the next steps which was a zoom interview. The interview went well and I was asked to do another project. This time they wanted me to turn in new innovative ideas for their personalized jewelry. Again I completed the project and met all requirements only to be dismissed a few days later without any explanation. Ultimately the whole process was a waste of my time, and I was left feeling like I was just used for free labor / ideas. Any company who has you do 2 projects without compensation or intention to hire is a huge red flag. And after reading the employee reviews, I am happy to have dodged a bullet.
