I had a phone screen with a recruiter, phone interview with a manager, and panel interview at the site the job would be at. It was a very smooth process and everyone did a great job communicating with me and doing so in a timely manner. The interviewers were very nice and asked straight-forward questions about my experience and background. No trick questions.

On site interview was primarily one on one meetings with people from HR and the analytical chemistry department. The interview itself was fairly low key, but the background check process was frustratingly slow. I was notified at the end of my on site visit that I would be selected for the position.
