It was a group interview, me and two other people. The hiring manager had us pick our favorite bath and body product and explain why we liked it and how we would try to sell it. After she asked why we wanted to work for Bath and Body works. It was a little difficult because she asked all three of us the same questions, and you had to be careful to not say the same thing as the other candidates. After the interview she called be the next day and offered me a positions.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
