It was a super relaxed interview in a group setting. Rigjt before, we were asked to pick our favorite product. The manager then asked various questions pertaining to experience and how well we would do around people and during heavy sales days. The product we selected for the interview was given to us after the interview was done.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
