Brief and easy. We practiced selling techniques and was asked about availability to work during the busy holiday season. I came prepared and dressed in the company dress code. I expected to pick a product to demonstrate selling during the interview.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
