Super easy and quick, and offered the job the following day. Fast training , easy to learn! Computer training and then on the job training. Super informative program. Basic interview questions centered around conversion and driving business.

It was one interview and very simple. They go through what the job is like and ask you scenarios surrounding what might occur as a worker. Overall, it was a good interview process.

Entrevista
It involved an initial interview with the Store Manager than either a phone or face-to-face interview with the District Manager. Both asking scenario based questions and then going through a role-play on the floor. During the role play it is important to know the product and asking lots of questions to uncover the needs of the interviewer. They may give you some pointers and see how coachable you are.
