It was a group interview. This can be a little intimidating, i personally just chose to answer between the first and last person. Don't come off as too competitive, get along with the others in the group to portray your ability to work well with others. It was pretty basic, and you were asked to demo a product at the end (like a lotion). Its helpful if you practice this beforehand.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
