I had a phone call interview. Took maybe 10 minutes, seemed pretty open to hiring from get go. Pretty much based on my resume, so I would say make sure to talk about your experience (if you don't have any, finesse). I started that week.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
