It was a group interview with three other people. The interviewer was the assistant manager, he was very friendly. We were asked to introduce ourselves and asked about previous customer service experiences.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
