They called me the day after I applied and I gave a phone interview. They asked me about all of my previous jobs and what I had learned from them. They also wanted to know things like a time when a boss had given me criticism or how I had dealt with a difficult coworker.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
