The interview consisted of myself and four other individuals. We sat in a circle and the interviewer would give one question that we would all then have to answer. Toward the end of the interview, we were instructed to go out onto the floor, find one product, and then pitch a sale to the manager.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
