I applied for a seasonal job at bath and body works and a few days later they called me back. I went to the interview and was told to pick a product out. I then went to the back with 4 other interviewees and was told to introduce myself and tell the interviewer why i chose that particular product. She then asked a series of questions and at the end of the interview she told us to partner up with our neighbor and try to sell the product. At the end she answered any questions we had and told us we will be hearing from her in a couple days to see if we got the job.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
