I printed off an application from the website, filled it in completely, and turned it in. Within a week, I got a phone call inviting me to come in for a group interview the following week. When I got to the store, I was told to pick out my favorite product while I waited for the rest of the interviewees arrived. We all went to the back room and began the interview. It was me, three other girls, and the manager. We started off introducing ourselves, then we explained why we picked the product we did. We pretty much went around in a circle and answered questions one at a time (I expected to get the chance to just call our answers out). The questions were pretty basic. Why Bath & Body Works? What are some skills from previous jobs and how will they translate to Bath & Body Works? Then we role-played selling our favorite products to another one of the interviewees. There was then a period where we were allowed to ask questions to the manager. Make sure you ask questions! The other girls asked questions about pay and hours, whereas I asked about why the position was open and why the manager liked working with the company, etc. We were told that if we didn't hear back by a certain date, then we could assume the position was filled.
