Group interview with anywhere from two to six people. General questions retail experience and previous job experience, and why did you choose Bath & Body Works. They ask about availability of hours, holidays which is very important. They also may ask if you would be willing to work on shipment, cash registers or greeting and assisting customers.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
