I walked in to the mall location and asked to fill out an application. Since they were hiring for the Christmas season, one manager immidiately set up an interview for me. A few days later met with a manager for the interview. It was very casual and she was really nice. Basic questions like why bath & Body Works? How would you handle a customer that seems like they don't want help? There are 3 different areas in the store you could work in, which would you prefer and why?

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
