Once I went in they asked about my experience with money-handling and sales. They proceeded to tell me how much they pay, benefits, and if they liked me after reviewing my application they’d call me in a week. Hiring process was shadowing and watching videos. Very simple.

Since you don’t have too much sales experience, how would you upsell on the sales floor?

Casual conversation about work experience and how you’d be able to contribute to the team. They asked me to do a mock sales pitch, where I tried to sell a product.
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.
