I called the store to ask when they would be hiring seasonal sales associates bc I had filled out an application weeks ago. The manager called me back about 2 hours later to schedule an interview for the next day. The interview was really short and painless. It was a group interview with 2-3 other people. The assistant manager was really nice and everything ran very smoothly. I was told that she would call before 5 the same day but I actually received a call after 7 the next day. So don't be too worried if you feel that it went well and you haven't gotten the call yet.

First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
