It is a group interview with the store manager. She was very energetic and friendly. Everyone had to grab their favorite item in the store and then 'sell it' to the manager; why it was your favorite and how you would describe the item to a customer...this showed your customer service skills and ability to sell their products.

Casual conversation about work experience and how you’d be able to contribute to the team. They asked me to do a mock sales pitch, where I tried to sell a product.
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.
