They will have you pick your favorite product. It's usually a group interview, only for the purpose of getting you to role-play selling that product; but they don't expect much. Then they will individually ask you typical interview questions.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
