Entrevista
I was interviewed by 3 individuals on the same day at different times. They were friendly, enthusiastic and treated the interview as a conversation which made it much more comfortable. Bateman Carter mainly deal with rec2rec, but have a lot of opportunities available with a lot of big firms.

Brief telephone call, asking questions such as why recruitment etc. Then asked to come for a face to face interview at their office in London. This is a rec2rec company, so they are suppose to help you find a job within recruitment, but unfortunately Bateman Carter were useless.
The face-to-face interview went well and the guy was very positive and had a couple of jobs lined up for me already (apparently), he even said he would organise interviews for the next couple of days. However I did not hear from them ever again, I even sent a couple of emails which were completely ignored. Absolute waste of my time and money. AVOID!!

Entrevista
I saw an advert on a graduate jobs website, so emailed my CV along with a cover letter saying why I wanted to be a recruitment consultant (usual cover letter stuff). I recieved a phone call the next day from a man who asked me a few questions over the phone, then said they'd like to arrange an interview for as soon as possible. I went to their office in Knightsbridge, London the next day for my interview. The interviewer was very friendly, went through my CV quite thoroughly, asked about my time during university and what extracurricular activities I did. He then asked why I wanted the job, what qualities I have for it, what I understand of the role, would I cope with the tasks they have etc. After the interview, he asked if I would mind speaking to his colleague, who basically repeated the interview. At the end they said they would like to progress and represent me.
