I had a couple references that worked at the company, which made my interview process easier than usual. I had a quick interview with the department manager because of my references and connections in the company. I did take a typing exam and an editing exam. Both were 30 minutes long, I believe. Afterwards, I had an interview in HR. It seemed to be going well, but they became incredibly ableist and rude. It was the worst interview experience I've ever had.
