You go through mass hire for grand opening then a tier level of different interviews before the job offer.You interview with a quick session if you get that you go back and schedule a second interview, if you get that then you schedule a department manager interview then, on wit either ops or merch and finally the GM.

Waste of time, does not value actual experience, just if you can answer there random questions about your character exactly to their liking. Sounded like a DEI trap as I answered everything authentically, and have more then enough experience in hunting, bows, and fire arms, seemingly having more experience than the dude interviewing me.
