Very straightforward process. I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter. Had an initial screening call with her, then I flew to Nashville for a half day of interviews with attorneys. The entire process took about two and a half weeks and was very smooth. The interview also included lunch with a couple of attorneys. I was given an offer a few days later - standard 2 week turnaround time to make my decision.
