I was approached via an agency, they set up an interview date and time with the area manager. I went for a general interview running through my CV and general questions about my career. What I would do if the store was quiet? Strengths, weaknesses? How I would react to an agressive customer? Heard back from agency within 2 days with job offer.

I was hired through an agency then met with area manager for face to face interview.
