My interview process started with a brief written test with simply math and word questions. It then moved on to talking about my resume, previous schoolwork, and previous experience in areas applicable to the position. It was a very relaxed and non-threatening environment which almost had the feeling of a casual conversation. Very reassuring for potential employees.
