I didn’t hear back following my interview. After two emails sent to both the marketing manager and the HR coordinator I am still yet to receive a response. I was told I’d hear back by the end of the week. I’ve had no response two weeks later. I think it’s very unprofessional to not let a candidate know if they are successful or not. Respect my time. I took the time to interview and made arrangements to be present for this interview. Just have the courtesy to reply to my two emails? Even to provide me with feedback. It’s very unprofessional.
