Contacted by a third party recruiter, f2f interview @studymode office. There were two people in the f2f round. One was silent other was the one with whom I was supposed to work with (prospect lead) once get selected. He was driving the interview.below is my feedback * The lead was extremely arrogant with extremely low IQ. , I can bet he doesn't know a thing about UI development . * The lead has no clue about a constructor function's and The person who will is joining is suppose to work under this guy!!! Big red flag * They are looking for a slave not for a person who can contribute to the company with his/her depth and breadth of knowledge. For e.g For some question I responded I can achieve this via flex,he replied "No you can't use a third party library". Do I need to say more? * The lead is extremly bad listner.He don't want to listen my side of story just how will you do this that(interrrupting me throughout the interview). The lead should take some course on learning how to take interviews and also how to become a good listner. *Question were asked mostly based on your memory skills/ Syntax based(which one can google easy) rather than cheking the depth of one's knowledge. Good luck working with this kind of lead incase you accept the offer
