It was a slow process split between the corporate recruiter and the location. It included numerous layers starting with broad questions then to focused job specific questions and then back to broad team interaction level questions. I did take an internal assessment to determine knowledge in the are of the position applied for. The process was slower than some may have desired or expected, but since I was not in a rush, it felt as if it all flowed well. Great team, always professional and a bit on the relaxed and comfortable side.
