The first stage is a 20 minute phone call asking why you want the role and your experience working with children. The second stage is a group online zoom call where you work with other interviews to plan an activity session and you share an object that represents you and why.

Telephone interview where I was asked about experience, forms of child abuse and my preference for the role. Was a straight forward process. I got an offer but didn’t pursue the job.

Easy, friendly interviewer over the phone, asked general questions about experience (uni, babysitting, extra-curriculars) and about childcare and scenario based questions involving children and managing behaviour. Was a good experience.
