Very typical interview process, Once my application was reviewed, I was given a call by their recruiter for a phone interview. it was primarily a series of questions regarding my previous employment history. The next step was an in-person interview where I met in a room with three managers and the director of renewals. There, they asked the typical "how do you think your past experience would benefit you in this role" or "if a customer turned you down, how would you handle that situation", Lastly, I was given a written assignment to take home and submit to the managers for final review.

Whole interview conducted in english. Asked candidates to do self introduction, why leaving the current positions those similar questions. Will be on the upper hand if candidates demonstrated knowledge of the industry related.
