Unprofessional, unfair and not organised recruitment/selection process. After my experience I have a very bad opinion in regards Barracuda. Interviews are structured in only 30 minutes each (be careful, you have to hurry up!). My suggest- avoid working for this company. After 3 interviews, I’ve been told I was out from the selection process as they felt I don’t have a strong ER and coaching managers....but guess what?! Nobody during these three interviews asked me and tested my experience and background in the field. No questions at all about UK/EMEA employment law and regulations. I felt very frustrated as treated unfair. As an HR professional I feel sorry for them as they treat candidates not in a professional way. At the same time I feel relieved I don’t work for them. Especially with my last interview (held with the talent acquisition manager) I had no real opportunity to go through about myself. She constantly talked about the company and then again guess what...only 2 minutes for me to talk or address questions. The only one good note...I have to say the recruiter is a kind lady. At least she listened my frustration about my experience with Barracuda selection “process”.
