Conversational interview, not bombarded with basic questions or quizzed on my resume accomplishments. Discussed what it is I enjoy doing, strengths, education, goals. Questioned on travel abilities to their different offices and schedule flexibility. Toured the office and instantly loved the culture and team and knew I had a good shot at getting an offer when one of the people said, "See you next week!" Left the office with a smile.
